Vera has had a fantastic year at Pre-K. At our school they divide Kindergarten into two years, so she is off to Kindergarten already! This Mama is not quite ready for that. We feel SO blessed that Vera had an amazing teacher (the fabulous Ms. Celine), and learned so much in Pre-K. For "Portfolio Day," the kids walked in wearing their graduation hats (which was a surprise), then performed a concert, complete with dance moves. Vera had been practicing for weeks and even showed Pop and Gran Jan the entire performance via Skype. On show day she was a little shy, and did not sing as loudly as expected. BUT--she smiled the whole time, and did all the motions. We are so proud of our big girl!
